From my understanding, 'Copyrighted work' includes intellectual property.

This means that if you draw a copyrighted character and post it on deviantart, you could go to jail for five years and get deviantart shut down (unless they remove all fanart... which is what most of the art here is).

Congress held hearings on the 16th but that doesn't mean it's over yet.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
