OH MY GOD!! SO HAPPY with how this came out!! I put TONS of work into it too so it better get some goddamn favs and comments.
I used PhotoStudio (not PhotoShop, don't have that anymore) and a regular corded mouse to color this and create the memory effect. I also made the base lineart freehand with a fountain pen, no penciling beforehand, no referencing.

Anyway, this is a pic of Choosanama, my fire gelert.. who has retained a predominantly sunny yellow coat. She basically grew up in the lost desert and after a point became infused with a sun oriented deity/demon of heat energy. And despite her generally happy outlook, she's got a lotta death, struggle, and war in her past, and therefore has her down moments.
